Where you come from
Jordan built his career inside MedTech rather than around it. Early on, he realised most recruiters were operating at surface level, matching CVs to job specs without truly understanding the clinical, commercial, and regulatory nuance that defines this industry.
Cardiovascular was the space that clicked. High stakes, deeply technical, fast moving, and built around a small network of genuinely elite operators. What drew him in most was the level of ambition — founders, clinicians, engineers, and executives all pushing to solve incredibly difficult problems with a real impact on patients’ lives. It also became personal after his own cardiac health scare, which gave him an even greater appreciation for cardiovascular innovation and the people driving it forward.

Jordan specialises in senior and executive hires across cardiovascular MedTech, typically Director to C-level, as well as critical team builds in scaling businesses. That spans commercial, clinical, regulatory, and product roles where execution risk is highest.
Because he spends time inside the market, through ongoing conversations, podcast interviews, and direct exposure to operators, he understands what great actually looks like in this space. Not just on paper, but in the cath lab, in the boardroom, and during scale.

Jordan runs a search like a strategic project, not a transactional process. That means upfront alignment on what success truly looks like, deep market mapping, and honest calibration with clients throughout. A core part of this is working closely with founders and leadership teams to build a compelling, credible story around the business, one that genuinely attracts the right people, not just available talent.
He prioritises access over volume, bringing forward candidates who are often not actively looking but are the right fit culturally and technically. With candidates, he operates transparently and with respect: no fluff, no wasted time. He won’t compromise on quality or push a hire that doesn’t genuinely move the business forward.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Jordan spends time outdoors with his dog, travelling, and renovating his first home. He’s always been drawn to building things, whether that’s a home, a network, or a business.
