With no existing sales presence across three major markets, the business needed a single senior hire capable of developing and executing the Sales, Pricing and GTM strategy while also building a team and establishing channel partnerships.
-
The Solution
We placed the company's first VP Europe, USA and Asia, a commercially driven leader with the breadth to operate across multiple geographies and the seniority to drive both strategy and execution from day one.

Andromeda Surgical
The Client
Andromeda Surgical is a TechMed company building the future of autonomous surgery. Unlike traditional MedTech businesses, Andromeda operates at the intersection of robotics, software, and clinical innovation, moving at a speed and level of ambition that demands a fundamentally different approach to building a team.
The Challenge
Andromeda is a high-conviction, high-context business. Hiring decisions require significant conversation and calibration, because not everyone who looks right on paper is built for the pace, ambiguity, and intensity of the environment. Their philosophy is built around slope over starting point: they are not looking for the safest profile today, but for people with the trajectory, ownership, and learning agility to grow into something much bigger.
The Solution
We supported two critical hires. First, a Head of Clinical with a track record running global trials at some of the most demanding organisations in the industry, including Zimmer Biomet and Neuralink, brought in to own clinical operations globally. Second, a Head of QARA joining from Science Corp, with prior experience at Neuralink, appointed to lead quality and regulatory strategy. In both cases, mindset was the deciding factor. TechMed is a new category, and hiring at this intersection demands the right combination of skillset and attitude to move fast, own outcomes, and scale into something much bigger.

The Client
Brightheart AI is a Sofinnova-backed Series A MedTech company developing a disruptive technology on the cusp of receiving CE mark and entering a new market from a firstmover position.
The Challenge
The company needed to move quickly, hiring top talent with niche skills, deep expertise and the right relationships to capitalise on their market position. Four senior hires were required across Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Clinical Affairs within a very tight window.
The Solution
Selected by the CEO and VC board investors following a successful prior board placement, we appointed the Global Head of Marketing, European VP Sales, European Commercial Director, and Global Clinical Affairs Manager. All four roles were filled within 8 weeks of brief.
