Cruxx Appoints Rob Clatworthy as Head of Commercial Operations

Cruxx, the specialist MedTech search and advisory firm, has appointed Rob
Clatworthy as Head of Commercial Operations, effective 23rd March 2026. Rob joins
as Cruxx continues to build out its platform across three core pillars: Search, Capital
and Community, taking on responsibility for the operational infrastructure
underpinning all three.

With over 15 years of experience spanning clinical health and fintech, Rob brings a
rare combination of operational rigour and commercial instinct. He has built a £1M+
clinical practice serving more than 3,000 clients, and scaled growth operations for a
venture-backed fintech through Series A and into 190+ countries. He joins Cruxx at a
pivotal point in the firm’s development, as the business scales across executive search
mandates, investor partnerships, and its fast-growing MedTech community.

In his role, Rob will oversee operational delivery across all three Cruxx verticals. On
Search, he will ensure the firm continues to deliver with the consistency and rigour
that clients expect. On Capital, he will support the infrastructure behind Cruxx’s
investment banking partnerships and its growing engagement with founders and
investors across the MedTech ecosystem. On Community, he takes ownership of The
MedTech Club and The Crux of MedTech podcast, both of which are central to Cruxx’s
position as the go-to network for MedTech leadership.
