1. About this notice
Cruxx is a trading name of Russell Williams Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11841858, registered office 3-5 Eastgate, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 9NB. This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on thisiscruxx.com, and how you can control them.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, recognise you on a return visit, and understand how the site is being used.
We also use similar technologies that work in comparable ways — pixels and tracking images, local storage in your browser, and software development kits embedded in third-party content. Where this notice says “cookies”, it means all of these.
Cookies set by us are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another organisation whose content or service appears on our site are third-party cookies, and that organisation may use the data they collect for its own purposes.
3. Your consent
We set strictly necessary cookies automatically, because the site cannot work without them. We do not need your consent for these.
We set every other cookie only after you have given consent through the banner shown when you first visit. Until you make a choice, no non-essential cookies are placed on your device.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of our site. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew it and does not delete cookies already stored — see section 6 for how to remove those.
4. Cookies and personal data
Some cookies collect information that counts as personal data, including your IP address and an identifier for your device or browser. Where they do, our Privacy Notice explains the lawful basis we rely on, how long we keep the data, who we share it with, and your rights.
Where a third-party cookie sends data outside the UK, that transfer is covered in section 6 of our Privacy Notice.
5. Managing cookies yourself
Beyond our banner, you can control cookies in your browser — blocking them, deleting those already stored, or being warned before one is set. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of this site working.
The controls are in the settings or preferences menu of your browser, usually under privacy or security.
You can also opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through the tools the providers themselves offer. Where that is possible, we have noted it in the tables above.
6. Changes
We review this notice when we change the site or the tools we use, and we will update the date at the top. Material changes to the cookies we set will trigger the banner again so you can make a fresh choice.
